Hello, I'm Ken.

Identify business and customer needs by distilling knowledge and problem solving to arrive at a re/solution in workshops. Produce high-level customer journeys, user-flows and detailed wireframes to present to stakeholders and production teams.

Create and present multiple solutions to a problem, iterate to one final design from ideation, scamps and designs to state transitions and responsive layouts.

Produced hi-fidelity functional prototypes in preparation for customer research and user-testing prior delivery to internal and external development teams.
