Design and build a testable hypotheses that provides a top down view of an organisation’s performance to inform and allow users to control data and express policies in-line with the EU GDPR.

Supporting the Online & Mobile team, I was accountable for the management and delivery of web and app based products, ensuring customer experiences were integrated into an omni-channel experience, including telesales & retail.

  • Stakeholder management across various business functions. Manage and maintain delivery expectations against challenging deadlines and interchanging business objectives
  • Work closely with product owners, participate in project scoping and briefing workshops
  • Define end-to-end experiences and interaction on various propositions, proposing solutions that balance customer needs, technical capabilities and commercial initiatives
